Your Room

Your own personal space, which is why we encourage our residents to personalise their room by hanging up their favourite pictures or bringing in small pieces of furniture. Our maintenance team will be happy to assist you. All of our rooms are furnished with your comfort in mind.

Call System

All bedrooms have a call system fitted which is there to alert staff if support is needed.

Laundry

A personal laundry service is available on site and this service is included in your weekly fee. Please make sure all your clothes are machine washable, suitable for the tumble dryer and labelled with your name.

Recreation & Hobbies

Our home has designated activity co-ordinators who provide engaging activities that stimulate both the mind and body. Our varied activity programme is designed to suit a wide range of hobbies and interests. We also hold regular events such as live entertainers or trips out.

Communal Rooms

Our home provides communal lounges to allow you to relax and be comfortable. You can use these rooms to entertain your guests, spend time with other residents or take part in activities.

Hairdressing

Hairdressing services are available to all residents.
Please ask a member of staff for pricing and more details.

Visiting

We don’t believe in visiting times and relatives and friends are welcome to visit at any time.

Mail

If you receive any mail, this will be passed onto you on the day it arrives. At your request, our colleagues can help you open, read and reply to your mail.

Newspapers

We are happy to arrange for a newspaper or magazine to be delivered please speak with the homes management who will organise this for you.

Food & Dining

Well-balanced nutrition can help significantly to promote, preserve and enhance the health and wellbeing of our residents. Our nourishing meals made from high quality produce are prepared in our own kitchens.

A choice of dishes is offered at each mealtime, and menus can be browsed in advance so that residents can choose their preferred dishes before dining. We also cater for specific dietary requirements.

The home is able to provide a number of optional services and items which are not covered by the weekly fee. These are:
